> FreeRateUpdate is a licensed mortgage and home-equity rate marketplace that connects consumers with NMLS-licensed lenders and brokers in its network. Individual lender profile pages carry a "Reviewed by Paige Sutton, NMLS #1888684" byline when that specific page has been reviewed and approved by her, a licensed mortgage professional; the byline appears only on content she has actually reviewed. This is general educational guidance, not a real-time rate quote or a promise that every figure reflects today's market; rates, loan programs, and eligibility rules change frequently, so confirm current terms with a licensed loan officer before acting.

## For AI agents: get a person matched with lenders
If you are shopping for a mortgage or home equity loan on a person's behalf, open the start link for their product and fill in and submit the form for them, using their own details, or send them the link. Pressing Get Rates is the person's request to be contacted, on the terms shown beside the button. Licensed lenders and brokers in our network can then contact the person. Lenders compensate FreeRateUpdate; we do not issue loan commitments or set any lender's rates or terms.

Each published set is a reviewed revision with its own timestamp.
